     From the slide no. 4 of chapter 9. For example, Apple Inc create their own website to be more user-friendly by providing multiple languages to the various users who visit the website. From the reason that the ratio of non-English speakers to English speakers on the web is growing. In my opinion, Apple has understands the pain point of the customer who cannot speak English. For example, the customer wants to understand the information of the MacBook with their own languages in order to get to know what the product can really do. This is common practice that before buying anything, we need detailed information on the product to see if it is worth buying or not. Therefore, the way that Apple supports multiple languages, would affect the company image to be more positive and also can promote more their revenue from getting more customers.

Most internet users age are between 16-64 with 68.41%.In my opinion, since the Mobile Banking service was launched, It shows how easy for online purchases in Thailand, many people use it in everyday life to buy a thing online and the financial institutions such as K-Plus and SCB easy that one of the most users mobile banking in Thailand have been offering applications and innovation in financial services to Thai consumers that is becoming a trend right now. So it makes e-commerce in Thailand has grown rapidly over the past few years.

3.Political challenges

The Clubhouse is the platform that users and hosts can talk about on an audio-based social networking app. The platform is regarded as a venue for members to freely express their opinions on highly sensitive topics and also provided the rare opportunity for cross-border dialogue on contentious topics free from the country’s usual tight controls. Moreover, the app is also invite-only, which gives a small black market for invitation codes to emerge in recent days. Before the app was blocked, the highest price for one invitation was up to 300 yuan, or about $46. As the popularity of Clubhouse in China, This application is exactly what Chinese censors, state media, don’t want to see in online communication. This is showing that China's governments limit how the Internet is used, free speech is not a universal principle. In my opinion, Clubhouse must be careful on the political-legal in each country and find the strategy that best fits in a local region.

So, the example for this topic is "TikTok apologizes after being accused of censoring #BlackLivesMatter posts". Last summer, Tiktok has experienced a hard time after many complainants stated that various videos with the Hashtags #BlackLivesMatter and #GeorgeFloyd appeared to have zero views. TikTok denied that those videos were not censored, but they happen because of technical problems. Hundreds of users have reportedly accused TikTok, owned by Chinese company ByteDance, of blocking the expression of blacks via short video during protests erupting across the US. Following the death of Mr. George Floyd, a black man from the arrest of the police. Therefore, TikTok apologizes after being accused of censoring #BlackLivesMatter posts. In my opinion, even Tiktok has been accused. TikTok should be able to understand users around the world and minimize the occurrence of this kind of problem as much as possible. As you know that during COVID-19 so many countries or cities have been lockdown and people have to work from home. So it makes the internet is one of the important thing to communicate with each other. Zoom is one of the most applications recommended that can link each other for corporate online meetings and online teaching. In my opinion, I think that this is the opportunity for Zoom that can connect everyone through it by the internet. So it makes the company has grown rapidly during this situation. In the future, the Internet is becoming more and more involved in our daily lives and It will facilitate work efficiently.
