For example, Apple Inc create their own website to be more user-friendly by providing multiple languages to the various users who visit the website. From the reason that the ratio of non-English speakers to English speakers on the web is growing. In my opinion, Apple has understands the pain point of the customer who cannot speak English. For example, the customer wants to understand the information of the MacBook with their own languages in order to get to know what the product can really do. This is common practice that before buying anything, we need detailed information on the product to see if it is worth buying or not. Therefore, the way that Apple supports multiple languages, would affect the company image to be more positive and also can promote more their revenue from getting more customers. 2. There are three websites that I have entered my data/information. Firstly,  I have entered my information on Advice in order to sign up for the account to purchase the product from the website. Second is Garena, I have to fill the username and password in order to play games on the platform. Lastly, I have entered Instagram website, I have to fill the e-mail and password in order to login to my Instagram account.                          The field that I cannot edit after submitted the form is the information that I fill on the Advice's website. I think that the reason why I cannot edit the form because is it the necessary information to register the account, they will use the information to contact me when I purchase the product.          -I think that the website that allow us to edit the information is Instagram and Facebook account.            ...
